Why Rancho Cucamonga Patients Choose Eye MDs of Inland

Many of our Rancho Cucamonga patients are active adults who want more than “basic” cataract surgery — they want to golf, drive, and read with as little dependence on glasses as possible. That is exactly what our practice is built around: premium cataract surgery with today’s most advanced lens implants, femtosecond laser precision, and an honest, education-first approach to helping you choose the right lens for your lifestyle.

Glaucoma deserves its own specialist: diagnosis and treatment are provided through Inland Glaucoma Center, our dedicated glaucoma division in the same Upland building, led by a UCLA fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist.

The Surgeons You’ll See

Dr. Robert Gunzenhauser, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist and UCLA fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist who performs both standard and premium cataract surgery. Both physicians see every patient personally at our single-site, physician-owned practice — and both doctors and our entire staff speak Spanish (se habla español).
