Getting to Our Upland Office from Ontario

Ontario is our next-door neighbor: the office at 1298 W 7th Street, Upland sits only 3–5 miles from most Ontario addresses — about 10 minutes by car.

• The simple way: drive north on Mountain Avenue or Euclid Avenue into Upland; 7th Street is just north of the 10 Freeway.
• From the 10: take the Mountain Avenue exit northbound — we’re a few blocks up on 7th Street.
• From Ontario Mills or the airport area: either Mountain or Euclid runs straight north to us.
• Parking: free surface lot behind the building.

Dr. Marc Shomer, MD, PhD is a board-certified ophthalmologist and cataract surgery specialist who completed his residency at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA and serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, where he teaches cataract surgery to the next generation of eye surgeons. Dr. Robert Gunzenhauser, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist and UCLA fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist who performs both standard and premium cataract surgery. Both physicians see every patient personally at our single-site, physician-owned practice — and both doctors and our entire staff speak Spanish (se habla español).
